Melissa’s headband is a beautiful cable knit seamless headband. It uses cabling techniques, a provisional cast on, and in pattern grafting to give a seamless finish. It uses about 1 skein of Lion Brand Wool-Ease in worsted weight, however any worsted weight yarn will work.

You can make Melissa’s headband in two sizes. The Adult/Teen size fits a head between 22” and 24+“, the child size fits a head between 19.25” and 22”.

Gauge is taken in pattern.

• You need 1 skein of Lion Brand Wool-Ease Worsted weight or any worsted weight yarn with at least 200 yards
• 1-2 yards of scrap yarn
• US size 4 (3.5 mm) knitting needles
• US size E/4 (3.5 mm) crochet hook
• Tapestry needle
