Introducing a new series, Under the Sea, with our very first character, Melody the Mermaid and her Friends. This pattern comes in four parts, Melody the Mermaid, Baby Octopus, Baby Crab and Baby Starfish. Melody is a fun make and has several components, such as the head, body, scales and hair wig. There are several colour changes that occur throughout the pattern that makes this a very colourful make. Melody’s ocean friends are very simple and quick makes, which adds additional cuteness to the finished toy.

MATERIALS:
Below are the materials required:

• Hobbii Friends Cotton 8/4ply (colours noted in digital pattern file)
• 7mm safety eyes
• 2.5mm crochet hook
• DMC Stranded Thread
• Stuffing
• Fiber Fill
• Stitch marker & embroidery needles

If Melody the Mermaid and Friends is made with the materials described, she will be ~20.5cm.
It has been made with cotton 8ply yarn and a 2.5mm size hook.
Depending your yarn and hook size, the toy may be larger or smaller.
