Gauge is not critical!

For a pattern you will need about 280 yards.

This is a good pattern for LYS. I divided each skein of 8 colors into three balls (about 33g). I wound skeins using digital scale.

Scarf could be joined into a cowl if desired.

I used yarn doubled for speed and also achieve an effect of colors “melting” into each other.

You can easily use needle #10 for lacier effect.
