Memorial Shawl
I knitted this shawl as a form of therapy after my Dad died. I chose his favourite colours and favourite flower, the Rose. I also like the symbolism associated with circles.
It is knitted in the round with steek stitches that are cut then reinforced when the main piece is finished. It uses 5 colours and has a 26st, 28 row pattern repeat. It works best in pure wool 4 ply.
The colour palette could be substituted with your favourite colours and the site adjusted in length and width.
