This pattern is written in English, American terminology with STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS, VERY DETAILED PHOTO-TUTORIAL AND MATERIALS LIST for making these wonderful slippers with rope soles that your men will love.

SIZES:
from 27 to 32 cm / 10 1/2 to 12 1/2 inches (40-47 EU/ 7-13 US)

SKILL LEVEL: INTERMEDIATE. Basic skills of crocheting are needed.

MATERIALS:
Jute rope 2 mm thickness – 3 balls
Cotton rope (2 mm thickness – 3 balls) or bulky yarn for the insoles
Metallic hook – size 7(EU) / K 10 ½ or L11 (US) for the soles
Yarn: any kind of bulky yarn (or fine yarn in 3 strands). Worsted cotton is a very good choice, too.
Metallic hook – size 5(EU) / H8 (US) for the slip on’s front part
Scissors, 2 buttons and yarn needle
