The Mendocino Shawl is a light lace shawl with a finish in half brioche. Started from the top down, it is worked flat in stockinette, but gradually a gentle lace pattern is integrated.
You will need 2 skeins of fingering weight yarn, I used Weiche Socke from knit.and.love, which is incredibly soft around my neck.
Even more beautiful with faded yarn, but there are no rules in color choices. You are also welcome to knit the half brioche pattern in a contrast yarn or contrasting color.

Happy knitting!
