This elegant and comfy sweater begins with a unique garter collar. It’s worked from the top down with a circular yoke. After working the color effects yoke (a little bit of stranded knitting, a little bit of texture), your sleeve stitches are moved to waste yarn while casting on additional stitches at the underarms and continue to work the sweater body in stockinette (with minimal optional shaping). Next, the bottom edge is worked in garter (with a stripe) and bound off. Sleeves are then worked in the round, picking up additional stitches at the underarms from the underarm cast-on edge.

Sizes are provided for finished chest circumference of
36 (40, 44, 48) (52, 56, 60) 64 inches.

I recommend 0-12 inches of positive ease - it’s all about your comfort!
