SIZES
10 to 11 ½ (length, 10 inches).
MATERIALS
Germantown yarn:
2 ounces white;
1 ounce each green and rust.
Knitting needles:
1 pair No. 2;
1 set (4) double-pointed needles, No. 2.
GAUGE
7 ½ stitches = 1 inch.
For boy’s socks:
SIZE
14 years (length, 9 ½ inches, foot 9 ½ inches).
MATERIALS
Three-ply fingering yarn:
2 ounces white;
1 ounce each green and rust.
Knitting needles:
1 pair No. 2;
1 set (4) double-pointed needles, No. 2.
GAUGE
8 ½ stitches = 1 inch.
