Men's Cabled Gloves
My husband asked me to make him a pair of crochet gloves. Gently, I tried to steer him towards mittens or fingerless mitts because I was skeptical about the entire concept of crochet gloves. I thought they might look too bulky. He insisted on full on gloves and since he does the cooking, I was compelled to comply. Listen, I can’t live on bowls of cereal again like I did in college! I just can’t!
Surprise, surprise. The gloves turned out great, fit well, and the best part? I got fajitas for dinner.
The cable motive is created with back post stitches, so if you are comfortable with those, you shouldn’t have a problem making these. They work up super quick which makes them great for last minute gifts. Further, this pattern is littered with tips that will allow you to customize the fit. So grab your I hook, snuggle up with a skein of yarn, and make a pair of these babies today!
Oh, and pass the salsa…
