Mentha is a long, tapered, asymmetrical triangle shawl. Sections of soothing garter stitch alternate with sections of enjoyable 2 color brioche stitch. Because the knitting begins at one tip, it is easy to customize the size, simply stop knitting when it is the size you want and bind off! Mentha is a great introduction to 2 color brioche, using only basic brioche stitches plus one type of increase and one type of decrease. The yarn I chose for my sample, The Lamb & Kid Tod, is an amazing blend of yak and cashmere, soft and lovely, and comes in an abundance of beautiful hues for endless color pairing fun!
