MERAKI is a wonderful Greek word that could be loosely translated as the labour of love we see from certain craftsmen or creatives in their pieces of work. It is frequently described as “the soul, creativity, or love put into something; the essence of yourself that is put into your work”. When you put a little bit of yourself into something you are doing when you are creating with a sense of pride, devotion, and care, be it singing, cooking, or knitting, then… voilà¡, that is Meraki.

The top is worked flat in pieces from the bottom up and seamed afterwards.
Both, back and front feature a beautiful vertical panel of plenty of slipped stitches and narrow lacy cables.
Shoulders are shaped using German short rows and joined using a 3-needle cast-off.
The neckband is picked up and worked in the round.

This tee is perfect summer knitting for those who loves to knit and wear knits year around!
Knit it in a linen, cotton, silk or bamboo DK weight yarn.
