This is a Faroese shawl beginning at the neck. It is designed with the shoulder shaping and center back lace that all Faroese shawls have. The neck border continues down the shawl to create a beautiful seed stitch edging on each side of the shawl.

This pattern does not have any complicated stitches, but all right side rows are different and does require concentration due to the different rows. There are sections with lace work on both the RS and WS rows. No sewing, seamless.

The pattern is not charted, but is fully written, with line by line written instructions.
