Merewether
Curvy, not cabled, Merewether is the first garment design from sygneture designs by Sharon Boswell.
Merewether can be knit and worn as either a vest or tank top and has been designed to have minimal or negative ease to show off your curves.
Worked seamlessly bottom-up, the body is shaped along princess lines in the front and at the centre back.
The pattern stitch is a decorative rib and does not use cables. The upper back is worked in a wide rib with a feature motif from the main stitch pattern.
The main pattern is designed to have the same measurements at bust and hip (see Ocean Street), but your download also includes a second file Modifying your Merewether.pdf which explains how to adapt the pattern for your figure type. My own version was knit as 3XL through the hips and reduced to XL+ for the upper body, see Railway St.
A huge thankyou to my technical editors and a great team of testers from the Open for Testing group, I could not have brought it to life without you all!
