This pattern is adjustable for smaller or larger sizes by going up or down a hook size and/or by adding or subtracting rows after the thumb opening is completed.
Numerous pictures are provided to aid in understanding.
I also changed color on each round to make it easier to follow along with the pattern. The mitts can certainly be made in solid colors.
