Mermaid Net Jumper
Slightly long straight silhouette jumper with ~ 4-10% of positive ease with round neck and lace print.
Jumper is worked in pieces from the bottom up. Then all pieces are joined at underarms and worked in the round shaping raglan sleeves and back-neck.
MATERIALS AND TOOLS
YARN: Mohair and lurex mix ~100g/3.5oz per 300-320m/328-350yds.
NEEDLES: (circulars on 60-80cm/24-32” cable for the body and on 40cm/16” for neckband; you can use magic loop method or dpns for the sleeves):
● Main: 4mm/ US 6 (or size needed to get gauge)
● Hem: 3mm/ US 2.5
GAUGE (PER 1010CM/44” AFTER WET-BLOCKING)
● Lace print: 22 stitches by 20 rows
10 adult sizes:1 (2, 3, 4 / 5, 6, 7 / 8, 9, 10) for bust circumference ~75-175cm/29.5-69” for an average height ~166-170cm/5.45-5.6ft. Choose the desired size according to comfort bust circumference + ~4-10% of positive ease.
