This lovely textured headband and cowl set looks like shimmering mermaid scales when worked in a yarn with gradual color changes, but the post stitches make it pop even with a solid yarn! Made with bulky weight yarn, these accessories work up quickly. The cowl is designed to stand up over the collar of your coat to keep you warm even on windy days.

Level: Intermediate

Sizes: Cowl is one size (about 26.5” circumference); Headband comes in S/M (21-22.5 head circumference) or L (23-24” head circumference)

• K/6.5 mm and L/8 mm crochet hook
