I was inspired by the thought of mermaids while making these! As soon as I saw the Loops & Threads Facets yarn in the color Cotton Candy that’s what I thought about.

There are no set sizes but the pattern is written in a way that you can follow the steps to make it to your desired size.

I am a US/Canadian size 1X typically. I used Lion Brand’s Pound Of Love in White for the band then two balls of Facets by Loops and Threads in the color Cotton Candy.

I would not recommend that yarn, I personally found it uneven even though the colors were pretty. If you do decide to use it, use at your own risk!

I also used a 5mm hook, a tapestry needle and a soft measuring tape. I personally don’t tend to use stitch markers often but it couldn’t hurt to have one on hand. :)
