This is a quick and easy bag to make. The pattern is written out for a small bag which is perfect for a toddler or child. I have included directions on how to adjust the size to make it larger if that is what you desire.

I used Red Heart Super Saver Stripe in Retro colorway. For a small bag you will need 1 skein, if you would like to make the bag larger in length or make the shoulder strap longer you will need a 2nd skein.

Gauge with (I) 5.5mm hook
8DC x 4 rows= 2.5” x 2.5”
Change hook size to acquire correct gauge
