This Mermaid tail blanket is a perfect blanket to sit and watch a movie or relax in while you read a book. The blanket is flat for the first half, which will make getting into it easier. It is closed off like a sleeping bag at the base of the tail to keep your feet nice and warm.

Using a super bulky yarn and size 15 needles makes this blanket knit up fast. It will take about 500 yards of your favorite super bulky yarn.
