The mermaid is made from peach and sea green yarns. The mermaid has scallop sea shells covering her modesty and a starfish holding her long rusty coloured hair in place. The mermaids hair is crocheted in long chain stitch strands.

4.00 mm, UK size 8 or US size 6 Knitting needles,
5.5 mm, UK size 5 or US size 9 knitting needles,
100g Green Double knitting wool,
50g peach double knitting wool,
20g Grey double knitting wool,
Oddments of gold, lilac and pink double knitting wool
Stuffing.
