I used the small universal x loom in 3/8” gauge. You can use the flexee loom in same gauge and I explain how to transfer it. I used caron simply soft in the skin tone and a multi colored tone. The whole thing honestly was done in scrap yarns. You will also need polyfil and safety eyes and crafters needle. There is a section with crochet and I offer pictures to go with it. It is for the fins. You will need a 5.5mm hook. I also offer options you can do to make other fin options on the loom. There is no video tutorial and this is an advanced pattern.
