This square motif can easily be adapted to larger blanket or other projects like cushions. Any DK yarn in 100g balls can be used for this project. From the time this pattern was published, certain colours were discontinued. Therefor I made provision in the pattern for alternatives. I have used 700g for the background colour and 800 g (100g in each colour) for the rest. You can decrease the amount of colours.
