Level up your handmade closet, add this trendy Mesh Mini Skirt in your collection. This is a very unique design that will surely standout whether you wear it on the beach, rave events or night out parties.

This project uses drop stitch. This is a crochet stitch made by crochet chains that are pulled up to form loops. We’ll then crochet into the loops which creates the vertical mesh texture.

The pattern is worked back and forth and is available in 8 sizes from sizes XS up to 3XL. I made a tutorial on youtube on how to crochet The Mesh Mini Skirt With Fringe. I recommend you to watch this so you can get a better idea on how to make the drop stitch.

I know some will not want to wear a super short skirt, so I left out this part for you to decide. It will be up to you how long you want the skirt to be.

MATERIALS

Yarn: Järbo 8/4 mercerised cotton yarn, yarn weight: sport/fine.
A sport/ fine yarn that is not twisted will also work perfect for this yarn.

XS-S = 360m - 380m
M - L = 380m - 410m
XL - 1XL = 410m - 440m
2XL- 3XL =440m - 460m

2mm Crochet Hook (You can size up to 2.5mm if you don’t like using 2mm)
