The pattern is fully customisable, so instead of specific stitch counts you are asked to make measurements and crochet to that size. You work the Romper Suit in two halve, which are identical (unless you choose different colours).

The pattern primarily uses triple crochet stitches and chain stitches to make a mesh, with an sc row as reinforcement. You are given choices in the finish of the garment, with two types of fastening described and additional/optional pockets. Buttons are needed for fastening, but size depends on the finish you make.
