My goal with this design was to make a delicate, lacey, mesh-like bag for carrying produce at the local market. Works up quickly because the mesh is crocheted into the spaces between chains! Easy to customize strap positions to fit your preference.

The bag itself is EXTREMELY stretchy. When weight is placed inside, the mesh, webbed fabric stretches over 2x in height! Having said that, make sure to consider this when deciding how long to make your bag so it doesn’t droop too much. The super droopy bag you see here is 18 rows high. Happy crocheting!
