Welcome to my first pattern. This hat is designed to be extra-large. I made it specifically to go over my bushy ponytails and messy buns. It includes 2 different options for finishing. One with a slipstitch and one with ribbing. I hope you like it!

Gauge 5cm(2inches) Work in DC
14 ply = XL – 5st x 2.5 rows Finished circumference 61cm (24 inches)
12 ply =Child – 6st x 3 rows Finished Circ. 53cm (21 inches)
10 ply =Toddler – 7st x 4 rows Finished Circ. 46.5 (18.3 inches)
8Ply = Baby –9st x 4.5 rows (recommended option 2 for finishing) 36cm (14 inches)

Sizing note – Different sizes are worked by changing yarn and hooks. I have included gauge here and in the pattern, but you are welcome to work a gauge swatch and email me, and I will do my best to help you work out what size you will get.
