This pattern can be used for making all sizes. The step-by-step pattern is for the teen/adult-sized hat and guidelines for increasing/decreasing the pattern size to fit anyone are also included. Child-sized hats will require one 2.5 oz. skein of Vanna’s Choice Patchwork Grey (or any worsted weight (size 4) yarn. The teen/adult sizes will require two 2.5 oz skeins of yarn for completion. The adult size hat will take approximately 4 oz. of yarn total.

Other items you will need include a tapestry needle, size H hook, scissors, and a covered elastic hair band.
