Two great accessories that knit up quickly and will keep you warm on the coldest of days. The hat and cowl came about because Bob wanted a new project to knit and after sifting through patterns online, he found texture he liked and wanted a basic cowl and hat. So, we worked together on the project and the Methodical Hat & Cowl were born!

Yarn: Bulky Yarn – Hat 90 yards, Cowl 140 yards (Yarn used in sample shown is Juniper Moon Farm Moonshine Chunky 109y/100g – yarn is now discontinued by manufacturer)

Needles: US 10 Circular 16”, US 10 dpns or your choice for small circumference knitting for hat decreases.

Gauge: 14.5 stitches and 22 rounds in ribbing, 15 stitches and 26 rounds in texture stitch equals 4”

Finished Sizes: Hat - 20” Circumference x 7.5” high Cowl - 21” Circumference x 9” high
