MEXICO granny square top
Mexico top is made of 12 granny square motifs worked separately and then seamed together according to the Diagrams.
The recipe pattern is adjustable to fit any size (child or adult).
Skill level: beginner friendly
Yarn:
2-3 skeins of any mercerized 100% cotton, 330m (360yds) per 100g (3.5oz) skein.
Crochet hook: 2 mm
Original gauge: 24 dc and 12 rows = 4x4’’ (10x10cm).
Check your personal gauge to choose the appropriate size of a crochet hook.
The pattern is written in English, using US crochet terms
Pictures, schematics, diagrams and charts are included.
Techniques and special stitches:
5 treble bobble,
increasing and decreasing stitches,
creating a tassel.
