Mia Hood
The Mia hood is an all-over brioche hood/scarf that is knit top down. The front piece of the hood is knit first and stitches are picked up for the sides of the hood and worked down. The scarf sections are knit separately and shaped with decreases all the way down. Instructions for an optional I-cord edging are included in the pattern. The pattern also comes with a full video tutorial.
Note - All the samples shown all have I-cord edging around the hood

Gauge:
15 sts x 40 rows = 10 x 10cm / 4x4 inches in brioche st on 4mm needles
Suggested Needles:
4mm (US6) 80cm /32 inches and 3.5mm (US4) 100 or 150 cm/ 40 or 60 inches circular needles or suitable needle size to get gauge
Yarns:
200 g of Onling No. 3 (50g = 133m or 145yds) held together with 75 g Onling No. 10 (25g = 210m or 230 yds)
or 250 g Woolfolk Luft (50g = 100 m or 109yds)
or250 g of Isager Alpaca 3 (50g = 125m or 137yds)
The red Mia hood is knitted in Onling no 3 in the color Tomato 118 held together with Onling no 10 in the color Bright Orange 3779.
The light blue Mia hood is knitted in Onling no 3 in the color Oxford Blue 44 held together with Onling no 10 in the color Sky Blue 1234.
The beige Mia hood is knitted in 1 strand of Woolfolk Luft in the color L15.
The navy blue Mia hood is knitted in 1 strand of Isager Alpaca 3 in the color 100.
