The MIARA HAT is a great pattern for that last minute gift, with 2 options for yarn weight: worsted and sport weight, and 2 sizes in each yarn. The hat can be knit with 2 or more colours, and is a perfect use for those mini skeins, which can be held double or knit at a looser gauge. The pattern features slipped sts and is easily memorised.

PLEASE NOTE: Because I can not enter all of the information for both yarn weights in the details of the pattern, I have made 2 separate patterns here on Ravelry; one for worsted weight and one for sport weight, just to make the yarns searchable. When you buy either pattern, you get both weights. Please do not buy both! It is the same pattern!
