Miara is a triangular shawl with gradient colorplay, worked top-down.

It strongly depends on your color choice what style your finished shawl will have. If you choose subtle colors, the result will be rather elegant. If your colors are fresh and crazy, the shawl will be, too! It’s surprising how different the results can be, so it’s well worth knitting it a second time in different colors.

Miara is a very easy to knit shawl. It’s worked entirely in garter stitch, so there are no purls. Shaping of the shawl is done by working simple increases.

Yardage requirements: about 50 g laceweight in color B (bright green) and 100 g laceweight in color A (dark green)
