A shawl inspired by the texture and colors of my hometown- olive trees, hazelnut bushes, and yellow grass. As classic, timeless, and fun to knit as it gets. This asymmetric triangular shawl is knit in an addictive combination of garter stitch and fisherman’s rib.

I love complicated shawl designs! But I always end up picking up simpler designs to wear every day. The finished piece looks like something in between a scarf and a wrap in a fantastically textured fabric.

MEASUREMENTS

Different measurements can be achieved by altering yarn weight and/or needle size(s).

I used 3 skeins to knit my sample in the colorway ‘Natural’.

NEEDLES
— 4.5 mm (US7) circular needle, cable length of at least 60 cm / 24”
