These adorable little mice are quick and easy to make… A great stashbuster for your sock yarn leftovers and a the perfect gift for your cat. Each mouse is made in 1 piece without any sewing!

Pattern contains row by row instructions, a bunch of pictures to help with details and an abbreviation and stitch guide.

Skill level: easy.

Techniques used: knit in the round, increase / decrease, bobbles (for ears).

Yarn: less than 20 yards of sock yarn (or any other fingering weight yarn) and about 1 yard of contrasting color for eyes.

Gauge / size:
With 36 stitches x 44 rows in stockinette mouse is approximately 2” long without the tail. If you want a larger mouse use thicker yarn and needles. Gauge must be tight so the stuffing doesn’t show.

Tools / materials: Size US 1 / 2.25 mm DPNs (due to the small number of stitches I wouldn’t recommend magic loop); small amount of catnip or poly fiber stuffing; tapestry needle; scissors.
