This chicken is a quick and fun knit that’s great for practicing stranded colorwork, especially while working in the round. The base is knitted flat, and the rest of the body is worked in the round using stitches picked up from around the edge of the base. Requires some sewing to put the pieces together, especially the head. Gauge is not important–the chicken looks great in any size!
