Medium weight yarnYarn: Cascade 220 Superwash (100% Superwash Wool; 220 yards, 200 meters/100 grams): C1: 863 Cordovan 1 (1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1) ball, C2: 1922 Christmas Red Heather 1 (1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1) ball, and Cascade 220 Superwash Effects (100% Superwash Wool; 220 yards, 200 meters/100 grams): MC: 15 Stonewash 1 (1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1) ball

Needles: US size 6 (4.0mm) and US size 7 (4.5mm): DPNs, or size needed to achieve gauge. Notions: Stitch markers; tapestry needle; cable needle

Special Stitches: Cable Pattern

Pattern Notes: Cables will give you a much tighter gauge than in stockinette. It is very important to get gauge in the Cable Pattern so your boot cuffs fit. Work your gauge swatch in the round and use a multiple of 6 sts for the swatch.
