Midnight is a triangular shawl, knitted from the bottom up. A large number of stitches are cast on, then decreases are worked on every right side row to form the triangular shape.

Be sure to check the yardage of your yarn. Because it is knit from the bottom up, you will not be able to stop if you run out of yarn. The entire pattern will need to be competed to achieve the triangle shape.
