Midnight Rainbow Cloche
This dramatic cloche hat is very simple to knit.
Utilizing a variant of ‘Old Shale’ (commonly called ‘feather & fan) it is knitted flat, from side to side. Stitches are then picked up for the knitted on rib.
It is a quickly memorized pattern repeat and can be easily adapted for a custom fit.
Although I have followed a ‘rainbow’ colour sequence, it would be a great stash buster to use up scraps from your left over colours. Each colour requires only 5 gms each.
Simple enough for a novice knitter.
For those of you who knit for profit, particularly those of you who knit tirelessly for good causes, you are welcome to upload/pin/post/display/fundraise and sell for profit, any knits from this pattern with my blessings.
