These leg warmers play with the colours of the sun in a northern sky. They can also double as knitted sleeves or a neat cowl.

Worked in the round in the the Fair-Isle technique of stranded colourwork, these leg warmers provide a lot of opportunity for experimenting with colour. Add different colours for each row of “suns” or work them all in a single contrasting colour for a polka-dot effect.
