Utilizing the flecks of blue in the dark yarn, these toe-up socks are a perfect quick knit for any DK weight.

These socks incorporate a lacy wave motif that starts at a point on the toe and travels up the sock.

These socks are knitted Toe-up with DK weight yarn on size 2 needles. The toe is worked in short rows and the heel with a gusset (but no flap).

Recommended skills: basic sock shaping, knitting in the round, with basic understanding of short rows and provisional cast on. Links to tutorials on techniques are also provided.

Uses 1 skein of Merino Twist DK by Sweet Fiber, 260 yards. Only written for size 8 lady, but can be easily adjusted by adding or subtracting purl stitch borders. If adding stitches for larger size, consider getting more yarn.
