Now available in larger toddler or small throw size too!
Both patterns included.

I wanted a version of the popular midwife blanket that worked up easily and in the round. Now I’ve added an extra repeat to make a perfect size for a child or throw.

Using Bernat Baby Sport and a 4.5mm hook, I was able to make two 26-inch blankets from one skein with plenty to spare.

You can use a worsted weight to make a bigger blanket, or use the new version of the pattern to add a repeat and make an even bigger toddler or child size.

Using worsted weight yarn and a 5.5mm hook I made a 38-inch square blanket.
