Yarn: Super bulky wool yarn. Shown in Brown Sheep Burly Spun (132 yds/121 m, 226 g./7.97 oz.) in color “Blue Flannel”. Total yardage will depend on height.
Gauge: 2.5 sts/in and 10sts/4in (10sts/10cm) in pattern stitch, unblocked.
Needles: US size 10 ½ (6.5mm) 16-in circular needle and DPNs, or size needed to get gauge.
Sizes: 7 sizes by circumference, any height. 22.5in/57cm, 25.5in/65cm, 29in/73cm, 32in/81cm, 35in/89.5cm, 38.5in/97.5m, 41.5in/105.5cm. Shown in size 29in/73cm with 7 pattern repeats.
Skills: Cast on, cast off, knit in the round, knit, purl. The textured stitch pattern uses a special P2tog stitch with extra purling (explained within the pattern).
