Migration Shawl
by Hélène Rush
This shawl is worked in several sections which are joined as you go. The Leaf Band is worked side to side first. Bottom edging sts are picked up along one long edge and worked down in a lace pattern. Upper Section stitches are picked up along opposite edge of leaf band and worked up. Section is shaped using short rows.
You will need 1 hank each of 2 contrasting colors of multi-color yarn such as Kettle Tweed and 1 hank of solid color such as Elfin Tweed.
