This textured beanie is just a little slouchy. It works up quickly in a bulky yarn and uses slightly open stitches, making it ideal for mild winters.

Adult Medium: 21” (53.5 cm) hat circumference x 8” (20.5 cm) height (shown on a mannequin with 22.5” (57 cm) head circumference).
Materials
KnitPal Merino Moments yarn (40% Merino wool/10% silk/30% modal/20% cotton, 3.5 oz/100 g, 114 yd/104 m) – 1 skein in Pink Blush (CA) and 2 skeins in Sapphire Blue (CB), or approximately 75 yd (68.5 m) in CA and 140 yd (128 m) in CB in any wool blend, bulky weight yarn.
US Size J-10/6 mm crochet hook, or any size needed to obtain correct gauge.
7 mm crochet hook, or any size needed to obtain correct gauge.
Yarn needle.
Gauge
10 sts = 2.5” (6 cm) across in pattern for Hat Band with smaller hook. For best fit, always check your gauge.
12 sts = 4” (10 cm) across in pattern for Work Even with larger hook. For best fit, always check your gauge.
