These yarns were in my stash and begging to be caked and cast-on for a shawl. I was going to re-knit an old design but then decided I could go for something nice and squishy. So a combination of garter and brioche was just the result I wanted.

This triangular shawl is knit from the top down and includes an i-cord edge.

Designed for DK weight yarn. Uses a total of 509 yd/466 m
C1: 197 yd/180 m
C2: 109 yd/100 m
C3: 203 yd/186 m

Circus Tonic Handmade Pageant DK (100% Superwash Merino, 219 yd/200 m, 100 g) in Aster (C1), Mildred (C2), and Wilma (C3).

SUGGESTED NEEDLES
US 6/4.0 mm, straight or circular needles

18.5 sts x 18 garter ridges = 4”/10 cm in garter pattern, knit flat, blocked.
