Miles is a cuddly friendly crocodile that would make a super gift for kids of all ages. Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the crocodile is knitted in acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round). The textured scale pattern is created with a cable pattern, and instructions on how to c4b (cable four back) and c4f (cable four front) are included in the pattern.

NEEDLES
A pair of 3.5mm single pointed knitting needles (US 4).

RECOMMENDED YARN
Sirdar Hayfield Bonus DK; double knitting/light worsted weight; 100% acrylic; one 100g/280m skein in each colour.

NOTIONS
Tapestry needle, cable needle, toy filling, and black beads or buttons for eyes.

SIZES
One size only - 35cm long.

TECHNIQUES
For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, increases and decreases, and seaming to finish.
