All of my patterns are professionally tech-edited and test knit prior to publishing unless otherwise noted.

This afghan is worked bottom-up in repeats of 21 stitches for 48 rows, surrounded by a one-inch garter stitch border.

The main stitch pattern was found in the wonderful book “Japanese Knitting Stitch Bible” by Hitomi Shida and translated by Gayle Roehm.

This pattern makes a beautiful afghan that will be treasured for many years to come!
