Required Skills:

• Create a magic circle (or magic ring)

• Crocheting additional accessories for the doll (e.g., hat, wrist band, hand grenades and chest plate, etc.)

• Crocheting in a round

• Crocheting in front loops and back loops

• Decrease stitches (invisible decreasing is used for this project)

• Embroidering

• Increase stitches

• Sewing pieces together to form the doll

• Single crochet

Materials Needed for this Project:

• Size F/6 or 3.75mm Crochet Hook

• Size E/5 or 3.50mm Crochet Hook (for fingers, wrist band, chest plate, hand grenades, grenade holder, straps on his top, knee pads, toes, eyes, pupils/irises, and dreadlocks)

• Yarn Needle

• Stitch Marker

• Scissors

• Polyester Fiberfill

• Stuffing Tool

• Caron Simply Soft yarn—1 skein of “Grey Heather” for embroidering on body and “beads” on dreadlocks

• Red Heart Super Saver Solids yarn—1 skein for each color
o Tea Leaf for head, arms, fingers, legs, toes, and dreadlocks
o Cherry Red for body, straps, wrist band, knee pads, hat, and side flaps
o Black for legs, pupils, mouth, and embroidering for body and hat
o White for eyes and dots for eyes
o Saffron for irises
o Charcoal for chest plate and grenade holder
o Paddy Green for hand grenades
o Spring Green for embroidering on face
