STASH BUSTER!

This medal knitting pattern in knitted on 2.75mm (us 2 ) and 3.25 (us 3) straight knitting needles with double knitting (light worsted) and metallic lurex yarn producing a medal approx 12cm x 5cm

This pattern is ideal for using up oddments of yarn, with each medal taking around 20g approx depending on yarn type.
Recommended yarns are lurex, alpaca, alpaca mixes, wool/silk mixes something with a bit of sheen and a nice feel!
You could even super size your medal by knitting it in thicker yarn and larger needles

If you are a competent knitter each medal takes about 2 hours to knit and finish.

The pattern is over 4 pages with lots of close up step by step photographs.
