I did four years ago these mittens for my kid and you asked a lot of pattern for adult size too. Finally i have done it. :)
Mittens are simpe but intresting.

SIZE
1-3 years old, adult

YARN
Fingering weighted yarn
50g for kids mittens
100g for adults mittens

I used Drops Nord Mix
(45% superfine alpac), 25% Peruvian Highland wool 30% polyamide)

NEEDLE
2.5 - 3 mm (US: 2,5 – D-3) Double pointed needle or circular for magic loop

OTHER NOTIONS
Cable needle, sewing needle
